Domain: Fintech – Payment Gateway & Merchant

Services Target Audience: B2B E-commerce, and Digital SMBs/Enterprises

Objective: Drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth through virtual sales channels.

💡 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn to build a high-quality B2B sales pipeline.

Consultative Selling: Conduct virtual product demos to pitch payment gateway features, API capabilities, success rates, and pricing structures.

Problem Solving: Analyze merchant checkout pain points (e.g., high drop-offs, chargebacks) and present tailored fintech solutions.

 Deal Closure: Manage the complete inside sales cycle, handle pricing negotiations, and overcome merchant objections to close deals.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and lead documentation.

🔎 Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales or B2B outbound sales experience (Fintech, or Payment sector experience is a massive plus).

Payment Knowledge: Foundational understanding of payment gateways, merchant onboarding, transaction fees (MDR), and digital checkout flows.

Skills: Exceptional phone communication, virtual presentation skills, and a high comfort level with objection handling.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
