Accounts Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle purchase and sales entries.
• Prepare and verify sales/purchase invoices.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Follow up and maintain accounts receivable/payable records.
• Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Handle TDS-related accounting and records.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices and payment records.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase and management teams for accounts-related requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
• Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
