Job Description

Greet and engage walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable two-wheeler models.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers/schemes to customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.

Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, references, and local marketing activities.

Follow up regularly with prospective customers to ensure timely conversion into sales.

Assist customers with documentation, financing options, insurance, and RTO-related formalities.

Coordinate with the finance and delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery post-booking.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer details in CRM/DMS.

Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to effectively position offerings.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
