Job Purpose

To drive life insurance business through direct customer acquisition, relationship building, need-based selling, and consistent achievement of business and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customers through field visits, references, leads, networking, and local market activities.

- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

- Sell life insurance products including protection, savings, investment, retirement, and child-focused plans.

- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, benefits, premiums, and policy terms.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business.

- Ensure complete and accurate documentation and smooth policy issuance.

- Achieve monthly business, premium, policy, and productivity targets.

- Generate referrals from existing customers and develop a strong prospect pipeline.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support policy servicing and renewals.

- Maintain daily sales activity, lead, and conversion reports.

- Follow all regulatory, compliance, and company guidelines.
