Job Description
Hiring Tele callers (Prefer DRA certified ) for reputed collection agency at Ameerpet.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
- Remind customers about pending dues and negotiate repayment plans.
- Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach during all calls.
Preferred candidate profile
- Preferably DRA candidates.
- Should have idea about Buckets.
- Should have good communications skills.
Qualification
Education : 10th or Below 10th
