Job Overview

Trustbrick Realty Fintech Private Limited and JackpotsWorld Tours and Travels are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Customer Support / Operations team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining a professional customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain proper communication and follow company processes.
• Record and update customer information and interaction details.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
• Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues.
