Telecalling Executive (Kannada,Marathi Tamil)

About the Role

As a Tele calling Executive at Avis Hospitals, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information about varicose veins treatment and related vascular care services. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries through the IVR system, making outbound calls to prospective patients, understanding their requirements, providing accurate non-clinical information, and scheduling outpatient (OP) consultations with our specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound patient enquiries received through the IVR and telephone system.

Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries.

Understand patients' requirements and provide clear information about hospital services, consultation procedures, and treatment processes.

Explain the appointment booking process, consultation details, and hospital facilities in a professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.                                                                      

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, healthcare, hospital, or patient coordination is preferred.

Proficiency in Kannada,Marati & Tamil languages.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM, IVR, or appointment-booking systems.

Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a target-oriented environment.
