Job Description
Telecalling Executive – Jewellery Showroom
Job Role:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, offers, new collections, and promotions.
Generate showroom visits and appointments through phone calls.
Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about jewellery products.
Follow up with customers after showroom visits and enquiries.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the system/Excel.
Inform customers about special offers, festivals, new launches, and showroom events.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer appointments and leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and customer-visit targets.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Telugu & English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic computer/system knowledge.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Jewellery/retail experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
