Job Description

  • Support daily operations of sales & marketing teams
  • Track leads, opportunities, closures & pipeline movement
  • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales MIS reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals & quotations
  • Follow up with clients for documentation & closures
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions & lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance & prepare analysis reports
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and process adherence
  • Assist management with presentations & business reports
  • Improve operational efficiency through data insights
