Job Description
Group Head – SalesExperience: 8–20 years
Industry: Media / OOH / Insurance / Fiber / Telecom / B2B Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team and drive overall revenue and business targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling and space-selling to maximize revenue.
- Manage key accounts and ensure client retention and repeat business.
- Identify new markets, clients and revenue opportunities.
- Handle high-value negotiations and close major deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- Mentor, motivate and guide the sales team to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 8–20 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Media, OOH, Insurance, Fiber, Telecom or B2B Sales and any other sales department.
- Strong client acquisition, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong business development and leadership capabilities.
