Job Description

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused candidate responsible for calling leads, understanding their requirements, and converting them into confirmed patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call assigned leads and explain relevant healthcare services.
  • Understand patient requirements and answer basic queries.
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Update lead and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly appointment booking targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
