Experience: 5+ Years (with proven experience in sales leadership & marketing strategy)Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop integrated marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, expanding our customer pipeline, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth, market expansion, and revenue targets.Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee the performance of the sales and marketing teams; set KPIs and evaluate performance regularly.Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, build key client relationships, and oversee end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.Campaign & Brand Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, field events) to build brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, monitor competitor pricing and positioning, and adapt strategies accordingly.Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the sales and marketing department budget, forecast sales pipelines, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to senior leadership.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.Key Skills:Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Strong negotiation, key account management, and strategic planning skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics tools.Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, ROI tracking, and lead-generation strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + Attractive Target-Based Performance BonusesHealth and Medical BenefitsProfessional development and leadership opportunitiesPaid time off and travel allowances (if applicable)
