Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Reporting


* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

* Generate inventory, sales, financial, and exception reports.

* Analyze data trends and identify inconsistencies.

* Maintain reporting dashboards and recurring reports.

* Validate report accuracy before client submission.

* Support ad-hoc reporting requests from internal teams and clients.

* Perform cash reconciliation.

* Credit card reconciliation.

* Bill payment reconciliation.

* Commission reconciliation.

* Rebate reconciliation.

* POS reconciliation.

* Invoice reconciliation.

* Vendor statement reconciliation.

* Bank transaction verification (where applicable).
