Presales /Telesales Executive

We are looking for a experienced Presales /Tele Sales Executive who acts as a crucial link between the company's field sales team and prospective inbound leads, explaining product or service and delivering the solutions as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to walk in customers, in bound calls, digital inquiries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to evaluate if prospects fit our business criteria.
• Product & Service Briefings: Explain product features, pricing, processes and value propositions clearly to prospective buyers.
• Demonstrations & Presentations: Coordinate with field sales and technical team and conduct live or virtual product/service demonstrations to the prospective customers.
• Objection Handling: Answer technical or general questions and resolve initial doubts to build trust.
• Tele-calling: Answering calls from interested customers and closing the leads directly and or through the field sales team, cold calling from database to generate leads.
• Sales Report: Log accurate customer details, track follow-ups, and update pipeline status on daily basis.
• Data Mining: Use various sources like google etc and form various segments data to generate prospective leads.
• Coordination:  Coordinate with field sales team for client meetings and playing a crucial part in closing the sales.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Curiosity: Ability to learn product portfolios, technical workflows, or service specs quickly.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with office tools (Excel/Google Sheets/Word/PPT) and social media.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, BCom with sales experience
