Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on customer quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms within the approved pricing guidelines.
• Convert enquiries into sales orders and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain customer data, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Meet monthly KPIs for calls, quotations, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling is required.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi is mandatory,
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle customers confidently
