Job Description

Role: Generate sales, convert enquiries and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
  • Attend and follow up on all enquiries promptly.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and test rides.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/DMS accurately.
  • Explain finance, insurance, exchange and other offers to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
  • Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming and customer service.

Ideal Candidate: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably automobile/2-wheeler sales. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
