​Job Summary​We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Relationship Officer to join our Home Loans team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential home loan and mortgage loan prospects, guiding customers through the end-to-end loan application process, and delivering excellent customer service. • ​Key Responsibilities​Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively source potential clients for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP) through direct field visits, channel partners, builder networks, and referrals.
• ​End-to-End Processing: Guide clients through the complete loan lifecycle—from initial inquiry, document collection, and application submission to coordination with credit/underwriting teams through final disbursement.
• ​Customer Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, recommend suitable loan products, and ensure a seamless, hassle-free onboarding experience.
• ​Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly business acquisition and loan disbursement targets.
• ​Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all collected customer documents and financial records adhere to bank norms, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• ​Requirements & Qualifications​Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
• ​Education: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• ​Skills:​Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ​Local market knowledge and established networks with builders/connectors are a plus.
• ​Basic understanding of financial documentation, property paperwork, and credit evaluation processes.
• ​Compensation & Benefits​Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Commensurate with present CTC and relevant experience).
