About the Role

We are hiring a Field Auditor to review credit and operational processes across our microfinance portfolio. This role involves regular branch visits, checking documents, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Location: Hyderabad & Karim Nagar

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit branches as per the audit schedule
  • Review loan files, customer documentation and underwriting quality
  • Check compliance with MFI and microfinance product norms
  • Verify field processes, collections and customer authenticity
  • Share audit observations and follow up for closure
  • Prepare clear and timely audit reports
  • Travel across assigned regions and cover 18 to 20 branches per quarter


Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance, MFI or similar products
  • Strong understanding of credit, field audits and documentation
  • Local language fluency is mandatory
  • Finance background preferred
  • Experience in banking or fintech is a plus
  • Must be comfortable with extensive travel
