Hiring for CRM - Freshers/Experienced - Ameerpet, Hyderabad

CRM Executive’s handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Additionally, they address queries related to medical services, doctor availability, billing, and insurance, while maintaining patient confidentiality. Their goal is to provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive patient experience through courteous and timely support.

Qualifications:

               • Intermediate in any discipline.

               • Fluency in either English, Telugu, and Hindi (or) Bengali, English & Hindi is Mandatory

               • Must possess valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This is a contractual position for 2 years.
2. Candidates will work 9 hours per day in rotational shifts.
3. They will receive 4 weekly offs per month (on a rotational basis)
4. Salary offered is a net take-home amount, with no deductions such as PF, ESI, or Bonus.

Training & Certification:

               • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Training and Certification Program.

               • Only certified candidates will be eligible to start work.

Additional Information:

               •  There is no bond and no requirement to submit original certificates.
