We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a proven ability to convert leads into site visits and sales.

⭐ Key Requirement🔴 Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Real Estate Sales is Mandatory.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our real estate projects.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate project information.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Convince and motivate customers to schedule site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM/lead sheets.
• Convert qualified leads into site visits and potential sales.
• Skills Required1+ Year Real Estate Telecalling Experience
• Excellent Telugu & English Communication Skills
• Strong Customer Handling & Persuasion Skills
• Good Follow-up & Lead Conversion Skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Sales
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / lead management
