Job Description
- Academic Counsellor – Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel students based on their education, interests, skills, and career goals.
- Explain courses, curriculum, duration, fees, batches, and learning methodology.
- Guide students in selecting the right course and career path.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Explain placement opportunities, internships, projects, and career support.
- Maintain and update CRM/lead details and counselling records.
- Coordinate admissions, onboarding, batch allocation, and student orientation.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with PMs, trainers, and academic teams.
- Support seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and student engagement activities.
