About us

Changi Lighting supplies decorative and architectural LED lighting for homes and interior projects. We also design complete lighting plans for our clients. Our experience centre is at Kokapet One Terminal, Kokapet.

About the role

This is a field sales role focused on project business, not showroom or counter sales. You will build relationships with architects, interior designers and builders across Hyderabad. The goal is to get Changi Lighting specified in their residential and commercial projects, and then to convert those projects into orders.

What you will do

Meet architects, interior designers, builders and contractors regularly to generate project leads.

Present our products and lighting design services, and get Changi fixtures specified in their projects.

Follow each project from first meeting through quotation, negotiation and order closure.

Develop new dealer relationships and support existing ones in the Hyderabad metropolitan region.

Maintain your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM (Odoo).

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who we are looking for (must-haves)

At least 2 years of B2B or project sales experience in lighting, or in a closely related interior product sold through architects and designers, such as switches and home automation, sanitaryware, tiles, flooring or false ceilings.

An existing network of architects and interior designers in Hyderabad.

A track record of closing project orders, not only generating leads.

Comfort with daily field work, and your own two-wheeler.

Good communication in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Please do not apply if your experience is only in retail or showroom sales, telecalling, or non-interior sales such as insurance, real estate or FMCG.

Good to have

Knowledge of LED lighting (profiles, COB and spot lights, drivers, colour temperature).

Experience with a CRM tool.

What we offer

Salary: ₹35000 - 75000 per month, plus a performance incentive on project sales
