Job Description
- Call and follow up with every incoming lead promptly.
- Understand the prospect’s requirements, qualify the lead, and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Maintain and continuously update a structured sales pipeline with lead status, follow-ups, and next actions.
- Build a relationship with prospects and consistently follow up until conversion.
- Schedule maximum possible meetings with qualified prospects.
- Invite prospects to our office/store for detailed discussions and presentations.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth handover and meeting experience.
- Follow up after meetings and actively work towards converting prospects into customers/franchise partners.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Take ownership of the entire lead journey — Lead → Qualification → Meeting → Follow-up → Conversion.
