Sales Executive – B2C Residential Solar

KehanSri Solar is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive – B2C Residential Solar to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting residential customers, generating and following up on leads, explaining rooftop solar solutions, and converting enquiries into successful orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert residential solar leads.
• Meet customers and conduct site visits across Hyderabad.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Explain solar system benefits, savings, subsidy and net-metering process.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within company guidelines.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking and local market activities.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular updates in CRM/ERP and submit daily sales/visit reports.
• Ensure timely collection of booking/payment amounts as per company policy.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in B2C/field sales preferred.
• Candidates from Solar, Electrical, Real Estate, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Insurance or similar industries are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
