Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Play Area Attendant to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the play area while assisting children and customers and maintaining a clean, friendly and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children and ensure their safety within the play area.

Assist children with play equipment and activities when required.

Monitor the play area and ensure that safety guidelines are followed.

Assist customers with basic queries and provide a friendly experience.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the play area.

Check play equipment and report any safety issues or damages.

Coordinate with the Play Area and Operations team for smooth functioning.

Manage customer flow and ensure proper use of play-area facilities.

Follow company safety standards, SOPs and operational guidelines.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Friendly, responsible and attentive towards children.

Ability to work in a mall/play-area environment.

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, childcare or play-area operations will be an advantage.
