Associate Customer Support – Voice

| HyderabadRole: Customer Support – Voice Process


  • Salary:


  • Fresher: ₹2.4 LPA
  • 6+ months experience: ₹2.8 LPA
  • 1+ year experience: ₹3 LPA
  • Qualification: UG/Graduate, any discipline
  • Languages: English & Hindi mandatory

  • Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam preferred
  • Communication: Strong fluency, pronunciation, comprehension, tone and clarity
  • SVAR: 48+
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Work: Inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Working Days: 5 days + 2 rotational weekly offs after training
  • Shifts:Male: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Female: Rotational day shifts
  • Key Skills: Customer handling, verbal/written communication, problem-solving and customer-centric approach
