Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set up, cleaned, and maintained at all times.
- Clear tables promptly and prepare them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
