Join an Innovative Live Ghee Counter
📍 Location: Dwarka Sector 4, New Delhi
🏭 Role: Production Helper – Ghee Counter
We are looking for hardworking and responsible Production Helpers to join our innovative live ghee counter, where customers can experience the traditional ghee-making process right in front of them.
- 👨🍳 Key Responsibilities:Assist in the daily production of ghee
- Handle butter, milk and other ingredients as per SOPs
- Assist with heating, stirring, filtering and packing
- Operate and maintain basic kitchen/production equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Keep the production area and equipment clean and organized
- Follow recipes, production processes and safety guidelines
- Assist the team with day-to-day counter operations
- Who We Are Looking For:Previous kitchen experience is preferred
- Experience as a Kitchen Helper, Commis, Cook, Halwai Helper or Food Production Helper will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling
- Comfortable working with hot utensils and cooking equipment
- Hardworking, punctual and disciplined
- Willing to learn our ghee-making process and follow SOPs
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude
