About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to join our real estate team in Sector 47, Gurugram.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up regularly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer service will be an advantage.
