Job Description

About Sansaar:

Sansaar is an interior design and execution company working on residential and commercial interior projects across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential clients and introduce Sansaar’s interior design services.
  • Understand client requirements, budget and project timeline.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
  • Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule client meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the design/sales team.
  • Convert potential leads into site visits and projects.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confident and convincing personality.
  • Good follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate or interior design will be preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
