Job Description
We are hiring for multiple BPO processes across Delhi NCR for Customer Support, Voice, Non-Voice, and other international/domestic processes.
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, maintaining service quality, and meeting process-specific performance targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, chats, or emails as per the assigned process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality parameters.
- Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
