Job Description
*HR Executive – NBFC*
**Location:** Noida / Delhi
**Experience:** 1–3 Years
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate payroll and monthly salary inputs.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR queries.
* Prepare appointment, confirmation, warning, transfer, and relieving letters.
* Maintain HR MIS and ensure HR policy compliance.
* Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
* 1–3 years of HR experience; NBFC/BFSI experience preferred.
* Good communication and MS Excel skills.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
