Position 1: Tele Caller Key Responsibilities Call fresh and existing leads to generate site visit appointments. Qualify prospects based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline. Schedule and reconfirm site visits with interested clients. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes. Key Traits Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Position 2: Sales Representative Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options. Handle objections related to pricing, location, financing, and project features. Follow up with prospects and convert site visits into bookings. Assist clients with booking formalities, registry and property possession. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates. Key Traits Strong sales and negotiation skills. Confident in client interactions and presentations. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
