Job Description

Real Estate Sales Manager – Team Handling

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Real Estate industry

Experience: 4-5 Years

Salary: 40k to 55k + Incentive

Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon

Gender: Male Candidate Only


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
  • Handle and distribute leads among team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits and final closure.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
  • Guide team members on lead conversion, negotiation, and client handling.
  • Track daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and booking/closure reports.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity.
  • Handle important clients and support the team in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
