📞 Hiring: Female Telecaller

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential buyers and property leads.
- Explain available residential properties, including flats and builder floors.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, BHK and preferred size.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Build a good relationship with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Real-estate telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
