Position: CNC / Turnmill Operator & Setter

Department: Production – Aerospace

Work Location: Doddaballapur, Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning & Turnmill Setter & Operator to join our aerospace production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine setup, part prove-outs, precision machining of exotic aerospace materials, and maintaining strict quality standards under GD&T guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC Turning and Turnmill centers.
• Perform first-piece part prove-outs and edit G-code/M-code programs on Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
• Select, assemble, and preset cutting tooling for high-temp alloys and aerospace-grade materials.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD/CAM outputs, and complex GD&T callouts to achieve tight tolerances (micron-level).
• Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision tools (micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM outputs).
• Optimize cutting parameters (speed, feed, depth of cut) to maximize tool life and surface finish quality.
