Job Description
Job Description – TelecallerPosition: Telecaller – Ayurvedic Medicine
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 2, New Delhi
- Job Responsibilities Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding Ayurvedic medicines and products.
- Explain product details, benefits, usage, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert calls into sales.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- RequirementsExperience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in Ayurvedic Medicine / Healthcare / FMCG.
- Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
