What you'll do:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing executives
• Drive marketing campaigns & business growth from planning to execution
• Manage client and customer interactions directly — you own the relationship
• Achieve performance & revenue targets tied to real incentives
• Train, coach and mentor executives under you as your team grows
• Track campaign performance and generate results
