💼 About the RoleWe are looking for a tech-savvy Automation Expert who can help us automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve our digital and business processes.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Create and manage automated workflows using Zapier and similar automation platforms.
• Set up social media automation for content scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
• Work with CRM tools to automate lead management, follow-ups, notifications, and data updates.
• Connect different tools and platforms to ensure smooth data flow.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and find opportunities for automation.
• Monitor existing automations and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Maintain automation workflows and improve them as business requirements change.
• Work closely with HR, marketing, operations, and technology teams to understand automation requirements.

🛠️ Skills We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in automation, workflow management, digital operations, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Zapier.
• Knowledge of TagMango or similar platforms.
• Experience with social media automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-management workflows.
• Good understanding of workflow automation and integrations.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
