Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive whose primary responsibility will be lead generation and business development for our third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, and possess basic pharmaceutical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, trade portals, and other digital platforms.
• Identify and approach potential clients for third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with clients regarding product requirements and quotations.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare and update daily lead generation and follow-up reports.
• Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely responses to clients.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and manufacturing.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), D.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, MBA (Marketing), or any related field.
• Candidates with pharmaceutical knowledge or a pharma-related course will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
