Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and basic taxation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Journal Entries, etc.)
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and compliance
TDS calculation, return filing, and reconciliation
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
Coordinate with CA for audits and finalization
Maintain proper documentation and records
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Working knowledge of GST & TDS
Proficiency in Tally / Excel
Good communication and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
