Job Description
Candidate Profile: Manadarty work experinces industry from Real Estate Channel / Broker Compnay Noida Based 3- 10 Year Exerpince
Immediate joiners preferences candidate from Noida/ Ghaziabad/ Delhi -
- Should be able to independently manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
- Handled year-end bookkeeping for audit purposes.
- Reconciled bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Managed GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reconciliations, Verified balances of submission.
- Coordinated with auditors by providing required schedules, ledgers, and supporting documents .
- Prepared monthly closings by creating journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Reduced discrepancies in financial reports by carefully analyzing data and identifying errors.
- Tally and Tally ERP6, Excel, and other accounting applications.
- Ǫuickly and accurately processed payments, credits, and other transactions using company software applications.
- Project-wise accounting , Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and fund position reports.
- Managing vendor payments and customer collections.
- Coordinating with banks regarding project funding and banking requirements
