Urgent opening for Telesales Executive- Solar company with Good salary and Attractive Incentives

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar power solutions.
• Handle customer queries regarding solar systems, pricing, benefits, subsidies, and installation.
• Follow up with interested customers until the sales closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/site survey team for further customer visits and closures.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build a good relationship with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Solar Sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.
• Languages Known- Malayalam fluency must
