Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

• Prepare sales and purchase invoices.

• Handle GST calculations, returns and compliance.

• Assist with Income Tax and TDS-related work.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements.

• Verify bills, vouchers and supporting documents.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors and auditors when required.

• Support the team in completing accounting and tax-related tasks on time.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and Income Tax.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Commerce/Accounting qualification preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
