Procurement Manager

·        Procure materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, lighting, glass, stone, fabrics, and accessories for interior projects

·        Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers

·        Compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

·        Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery

·        Coordinate with site/project teams to understand material requirements and timelines

·        Ensure materials meet quality standards and project specifications

·        Track material consumption and maintain purchase records

·        Coordinate with stores for inward entries and stock verification

·        Handle returns, replacements, and warranty claims if required

·        Work closely with accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing

·        Maintain vendor database and pricing history

·        Monitor market trends and suggest cost-effective alternatives

Requirements:·        Strong negotiation and communication skills

·        Knowledge of interior materials and finishes

·        Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

·        Good follow-up and vendor management skills

·        Basic knowledge of GST and purchase documentation

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/software (if applicable)
