Telesales Executive

Job summary:

We are looking for an motivated Telesales / Insidesales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, convert prospects, and maintain professional customer communication. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls as per process requirement.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Take requirements, forward lead details to the relevant field sales team, take proper follow ups with them, maintain in sheet.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Accurately update call details, lead status, and remarks in CRM.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
• Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer interaction and brand representation.
• Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any specialization will be eligible.
• Language: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil (Other regional language will be an added advantage).
• Experience: In CCTV, electronics or security industry will be an added advantage.
• Salary: Negotiable.
