Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele caller to promote bank loan products, generate leads, and assist customers throughout the loan application process. • Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to collect required documents and close loan applications.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
