Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Job Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you will help business customers by answering their questions over phone calls. Your goal is to solve customer issues, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide support.
- Listen carefully and solve customer problems.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Keep customer records and update information accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
- Report common customer issues and suggest improvements.
Skills Required
- Good English communication skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows computers.
- Good time management and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
Salary
- ₹2.9 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience)
Work Details
- Shift: Rotational shifts (Day & Night).
- Work Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.
