Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Shift Operations: Open or close the outlet, conduct team briefings, and manage fast-paced workflow.
  • Staff Supervision: Assign duties, monitor speed of service, and coach crew members in real-time.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce hygiene rules, check food holding temperatures, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address guest feedback and resolve complaints quickly.
  • Cash & Inventory: Track register balancing, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.



Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years working in a QSR Company as a Shift Managr.
  • Education: 12, diploma or hospitality diploma/degree.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, basic math, problem-solving, and POS system operation.
