Rx Solutions is a leading IT and consumer electronics distributor dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Chennai and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial records, and general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior accountants and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bookkeeping, including purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Handle GST and TDS compliance, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain vouchers and records in an organized and timely manner.
• Manage general accounting functions such as the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Initiate payments for TDS, GST, ESI, PF, vendor invoices, and employee salaries.
• Assist senior accountants and management with assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Skills: 
• Proficiency in GST and TDS, with hands-on experience in reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Hindi (mandatory)
• English (preferred)
• Tamil (preferred)
